Job Description:

We are looking for a good Inside Sales Representative for telemarketing who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, fixing demo appointments & audience generation to support the regional sales teams across India. Must be comfortable making calls to generate interest, qualifying prospects & assigning it to sales team.

Should be able to identify new prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, outbound cold calls, events, emails, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

  • – Cold calling
  • – Understand customer needs and requirements and profile them accordingly
  • – Generate new leads through data mining & online research
  • – Route qualified leads to Sales Engineers for further development and closure
  • – Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
  • – Ability to work on quotation when required
  • – Maintain and expand database of prospects PAN India
  • – Work with all teams to build strong pipeline for sales closures
  • – Support team for event calling and registrations when required
  • – Help in making report & data segregation

Candidate requirements:

Job Description:

A successful candidate will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. He/she should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal candidate position will be based out of our Pune and /or Bangalore office and will have a PG Degree/Master’s in Human Resources combined with at least 4-7 years of work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Human Resource recruiter will be:

  • – To ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing the pipeline.
  • – Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • – Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling, employees and supervisors.
  • – Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • – Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Position: Sales Engineer

Location: 1 for Bangalore, 1 for Hyderabad, 1 for Chennai

Job Description:

Sales engineers with an experience of 1-2 years handling sales of CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software in above listed location, with BE/Diploma in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) qualification will be considered for the post. Prospective candidates should be Enthusiastic, Passionate and should have experience in CAD/CAM/CAE or related field will be an ideal fit. Should be committed, self-motivated and possess good communication skills. Willingness to travel will be an essential part of the job. Exposure and knowledge of local industries is a must & experience of selling to similar clientele would be an added advantage. Candidate having sales track record in selling analysis software’s like ANSYS, SOLIDWORKS, NX NASTRAN, HyperMesh, Abacus, MSC NASTRAN, CATIA are preferred.
